firstladyslr @b_horner hi there! Just making sure you had read my messages about the Dana Buchanan Sandals you said you did not receive. The item showed delivered to your house. I have made contact with Poshmark about this and hope to make the bad review a good one. Just wondering why you waited a whole month to add review and not look into whether or not maybe item was lost or stolen? I am a bit confused!

b_horner @firstladyslr I have to let you know that after the snow thawed, my daughter asked if I knew what the box was out by the garden and it was the shoes! They were in a box, so the wind had to have blown them out there, we live in a rural area, and have 3 acres, so I'm sorry for the confusion, but that had to be some crazy wind!

nayrosern @frederickfix what do I do when someone disputes a beautiful basket purse stares it s damaged its longaburgerall that I see is one of the slots has worn with age she states is broken and the leather is stained. It’s vintage over 30 years old . I reduced the price so low I essentially gave it to her if free. Rather than pay for shipping I told her to keep it or throw it out because she went thru customer support . How many people like this are out there? I’m new 2 weeks. All my sales 5 stars.

foxmaven @nayrosern hi! This can happen. With vintage pieces in particular, what may considered good vintage condition for one person is not for another. Best thing to do is inspect each piece and note any flaws such as "corner has wear. See photo". If the listing didn't note flaws and a customer finds a flaw, ask Poshmark to issue a refund. If flaws or measurements are listed clearly and someone disputes, then I guide the customer to the description and I ask Poshmark not to issue a refund.

nayrosern @frederickfix I do t want to pay for return of piece I thought it was in mint condition to me it was for its age. She bought it for an incredibly low price so I’m not getting any money anyway. Rather than pay for shipping back I decided to let her keep it or throw it out I’m sure she will keep it because it’s beautiful. Now I know for the future how to list thanks for your help. Does it make sense to you not to have her send it back ?

foxmaven @nayrosern did poshmark issue them and/or you a refund? I once had an item listed as an approximate size and the buyer disputed. Measurements were listed but were not in the photos. So poshmark sided with both of us- they kept item and I got my money from Poshmark. If this solution is possible for your situation, that's the best outcome. Shipping back at a $ loss doesn't make fiscal sense :(
