I've sent Poshmark Customer Service a message asking how to go about sending you a full refund for that purchase. Please bare with me while I wait for their guidance as to how process a refund to you. Thank you, and again I'm very sorry that it was broken in transit. I really thought I had wrapped it sufficiently but I guess it wasn't. Uggh. I'll do everything I can to get you a refund.
