billybarr13 @vuittonposh Hi, the bag is definitely in good condition, but it is not perfect. I understand it is not brand new, but this bag has been used more than twice. The ad specifically says “perfect condition“, “only used twice”. I’m not sure what to do.

prelovedvuitton @billybarr13 it was only used twice and i disclosed all defects. what’s wrong with it? it got authenticated and got checked by poshmark to make sure i disclosed all issues with the bag.

billybarr13 @vuittonposh I appreciate your response. I really do. But this bag was not used twice. Maybe on two very, very long vacations. But not twice. The leather is already much softer and darker. The fittings are tarnished like you said, but this is because the bag was used more than twice. I have no problem with the stain or the mark that you mentioned, or the tarnished zipper, but the bag has definitely been worn repeatedly. I’m really not happy with this purchase.

billybarr13 @vuittonposh Believe me, if I had known this bag wasn’t “perfect“ I would’ve bought a new bag. I searched Poshmark up and down, I looked at every Chelsea tote, yours is the only one that says perfect. Hands-down, this bag has physically been used more than twice. I’m not trying to be an jerk. The bag is not “perfect”.

prelovedvuitton @billybarr13 i said it was perfect condition not perfect. obviously a used bag is USED so there’s obviously slight wear on it. i pictured everything and poshmark said that i described it properly when they authenticated it. there’s a pictures of the handle in my listing.

prelovedvuitton @billybarr13 why would you open a return case? i describes all info and took pictures of the straps you said were “softer and darker”. I used this purse twice and i’ll leave it up to you if you believe me, but i did describe everything wrong with it.

prelovedvuitton @billybarr13 if the ah does were softer and darker as you say, i still provides a very clear picture of the handles. i’m sorry you didn’t like the bag, but i stop don’t see a valid reason for your return.

billybarr13 @vuittonposh did you replace the handles? The associates at Louis Vuitton expressed concern over the tarnished zipper, and said it’s consistent with wear. I am not disputing the bag is in overall good condition, it is definitely not perfect or used only twice

prelovedvuitton @billybarr13 i think your best bet would be to relist it on poshmark because i’m pretty sure the best they can do is give you around $300 back instead of the full price you paid.
