I cannot find a place in this forum to send pictures. I am going to email Poshmark and let them know you have contacted me directly requesting proof that the rating I gave you was justified. I find this entire interaction very troublesome. The item wasn't clean. If it had been, I would have given a 5-star rating as I have done for all my other purchases.

Hi! You can return for a refund! I never wore and tried it on once in store years ago so I had noooo idea it was torn inside. I will need to double double check my items - I usually do so I apologize I missed this. It was tts for me and it totally looks red to me --- sorry if you thought that was inaccurate. Just tell poshmark you want a refund - I believe they pay for you to ship back :-)

Hi Billy’s. I wanted to reach out to you regarding your recent purchase from me. I am glad you are pleased with everything, except I’m disappointed you were not happy with the top. It was in great unworn condition when it left my home (NWT) so if there was damage, it did occur in shipping. That top was purchased for my Mom to wear for my Son’s wedding, but being disabled she never even had a chance to try it on as her health declined and she wasn’t able to attend my son’s wedding.

@baptistcac I did not receive the bra pictured or the color described. The pictures are part of the description. The bra pictured and the one that I purchased is described by you as a medium blue. In the picture, it appears navy or almost black. It isn’t taupe or light blue. I’m sorry I don’t understand what was meant by “see 2nd comment below.”

I believe ibhad 2 bras left listed last week. The baby blue bra and an odd blue color that I typed in comments as a medium blue. the color under the medium bra is true to the bra.
let me know if you found what you thought you ordered. I did get mixed up looking for it but it was always right in front of my face.

@baptistcac I don’t want money. Thanks for offering. If you contact support and tell them you shipped the wrong item, they will let you get the item back by sending me a free return label and my money is refunded for that item only. You can then relist your item, you don’t lose money, and transactions are not taken offsite. Since you are trying to leave on a trip, I can contact support on my end and they can send me a return label after they contact you.
