123morningstar @cami729 Hi! I measured it and it stretches all the way out to 18-inches from the Chest and 16-inches from the waist so I think you will be fine. It is nicely smocked on the bodice part. Pls let me know if you still want me to accept your offer so I can mail it to you today.
