belena1026 @jebwa thank you. I have purchased a handbag from you, which in my opinion was not represented accurately in your listing. I've reached out to postmark directly, they have informed me that I cannot return the bag but rather re-sell it. I have no desire to do this. I'd like to return it and get a refund or perhaps even exchange for something else, is that possible?
