dcmali Did you not look at the photos and description of the item before you made the purchase?! It was EXACTLY as shown. Plus you paid less than $10 for the item and have the nerve to leave a 1 star review?! I have been selling on this platform for years and you are the first person to ever leave a bad review. The absolute rudest buyer I have ever encountered. Sellers beware!!

gendaley Hello Blanca, I just received your low rating of the tennis shoes you purchased from me citing “worn bottoms.” The bottom of the shoes were pictured in the listing and arrived in that exact condition. The item was shipped immediately and arrived with a thank you note. All of my items are thoroughly documented and accurately described. If you were looking for brand new shoes you should have shopped else where :)

The tracking information is not showing anything, but this was dropped off in the parcel box at a PO near my workplace, and should have started tracking on Saturday. I'll send a message to Poshmark's service team and let you know what they say. You're not out the money, no worries! It's all insured but I'm not sure yet how to go through this process yet. Will get back to you
