gigi_rogers @poshmf hello, I purchased a pair of sneakers from you in August for my son. Today he wore them for the first time and the entire sole of the sneaker came off. My son isn’t a big kid and is light on the feet so these shoes were a complete rip off. Is there anything I can work out for a refund or partial refund?
