margosha2014 Good Morning. I never decline offers(unless lowball) to upset buyers. Unfortunately I can not except 25$ . I still actually can return dress to the store, but will get store credit, this why I am trying to sell it first. . The most I can do is 32$. If you will decide to buy it I will include small size lotion from bath and body work as appreciation (new scent). Don’t have to respond to this comment if no longer interested in a dress😍
