ntduke @bleumolly616 @bleumolly616 That’s a really good question! Per Poshmark guidelines you are supposed to use your own photos due to copyright laws. I found out the hard way when Benefit’s lawyers contacted Poshmark with a list of users using Benefit’s photos. Every listing on that list was deleted and a notification sent to each user as a warning.

ntduke @bleumolly616 I still see really big Poshmark Ambassadors using stock photos but they may also have a whole sellers license that allows them to use stock photos on products they purchased? 🤷‍♀️ I personally stick with my photos now.
