I fell in love with textiles as a young girl, playing in my mothers cedar chest full of fabrics. I began my career in men’s fashion, then to high end lingerie. shoppers3 Hey there! I think you may have shipped the item in an incorrect box. (Express) My mail handler handed me a slip requiring me to PAY 25.75 to retrieve your item from thePost Office. She said the item had the pre paid postage but the wrong box was used hence my fee. I'll refuse the package and they'll ship.it back to you, and be mindful of.the shipping box used. 🤗

blushingred What?! That's just crazy! So sorry for this inconvenience. I had no idea I'd used an incorrect box but even so the USPS shouldn't care if it's a shoe box as long as the postage is there. I'm at a loss as to what to do now. I don't think PM will send another shipping label :(

blushingred @dram18 You're most welcome! It may take a while for PM to respond since it's Monday. They should have sent you an email saying they're reminding the seller to ship. Did you get that email? Also, there's a place on your Purchase where you should be able to report that it hasn't arrived. Also search the FAQ's under "help".
