Ok, why aren’t the pictures of the tampered box listed in your closet? Did the post office leave any kind of notice that the package was tampered with? I packaged the charm in its original box and wrapped tightly with the thank you note. I used a brand new box as well. Have you contacted Poshmark support?

I have been given two closets,and don' know why. All 7 pictures were uploaded onto it. I'll try to put them on this one for you. I'm not tech saavy, so I hope this works. I have both contacted Posh support, and the Postmaster General, and filed an official complaint. Thank you for telling me
you wrapped it in the originlal(Juicy?)box. I think someone linked with the post office may have assumed it was valuable, as it was tracked and insured, and did the deed.

I really do not appreciate 2 stars. I have over 1500 5 stars. Juicy charms are the size they are and if you needed a measurement it would have been no problem. To give someone 2 stars for this is very unfair.

Please reconsider giving 2 stars for a Juicy Couture charm that you did not ask for measurements. You can ask questions to any posher and they will reply thus avoiding low rating. Thank you.

Hi there. Thanks for the 1 star rating, you never asked me for the size of the charm otherwise I would’ve been happy to tell you the size, this is a normal size juicy charm as juicy charms always vary in sizes. Please ask for the size next time you buy something on posh, as all juicy charms vary in size. I wouldn’t want you to give someone else 1 Star for such a silly reason.

I filed a sent the wrong item claim to poshmark. if u could just report the wrong item recieved to poshmark and print the label to mail it back, and u will get a refund for the wig. I will resell u the wig after u get ur refund if u want.bim so sorry. so sorry for this
