Hello Mr Bob. I sent your jacket on Saturday, it just now started tracking. Please open your package very carefully by removing the tape, or slicing through the tape only, very carefully. Do not cut the cardboard box at all. It is packed quite snugly in a protective plastic bag inside the box. I hope you love your new coat!
