GM, I don’t know where to begin.... Your goodies have been sitting at the fedex since last Thursday, I am pissed off because it was supposed to go out that afternoon. I called the young lady that always takes care of me and I reward her handsomely! I downloaded the label to various email addresses she gave me over the phone. I checked and I saw it hadn’t shipped!

We had water in our basement for the 1st time since we bought this 4 yrs. ago. It has taken us the whole day to get things cleaned up !!! We are definitely more fortunate than others basements !!!
