dillsam123 Hi, this is Mary Ellen and you purchased the Betsey Johnson Roses Eyeglass Case. I took it to the post office today and they said the prepaid label was invalid. Never had that happen before. I have asked Poshmark about it. Since you can’t talk to a person not sure when they will get back to me. I will let you know. Thanks!

dillsam123 @bobbielyn8 I see the package is not moving. Stopped May 1st. When I went to the post office with the second label it said invalid but the postal person typed in the number and it took it. I think there is a problem though. I will go tomorrow and see what is going on.

dillsam123 So I am told that it has to be entered by typing number NOT scanning. Did not know that or would not have let USPS take it. It’s still on the way but someone has to type number in. You can see in tracking it was last posted on May 1st. They told me to call Post Office at your zip code to see if it’s typed in. I’ll try.
