mandyknudsen Hi. I just wanted to make sure that you knew that I had purchased these for myself because they were listed as a u.s. women's size 10. And it says u.s. women's size 10 inside the sneakers. But they are definitely not a size 10. For that reason I never wore the sneakers. At the very most they are size 8 maybe eight and a half that's all. If that's okay with you I can ship them out in the morning. They are super cute. I was rather disappointed.

mandyknudsen I guess I don't understand your rating. 4 instead of 5 stars. And you said that I can improve on shipping time, cleanlines, description and something else that I can't remember. It would have been physically impossible to ship any sooner, I think my pictures very well documented the wear. And, the shoes were clean. I never wore them. They were clean, just worn.
