We sell new and gently used items and they all come from a smoke & pet free environment. tracyneff @possumcreek591. All the inquiries I've made are at first, acknowledged by me receiving the generic email. Then normally in a day's time, they reply to my issue & it gets resolved. When you write Posh about a purchase or sell delivery issue, what are you accessing to make the inquire?

possumcreek591 @tracyneff I used the actual selling site to report a delay in delivery. After about 5 days, I found the item was sent to a previous customer with an older label. Posh reported having email problems and they are currently working on them. Apparently, they sent me a duplicate label instead of a new one. The dress is at the wrong address and we are trying to get it returned or forwarded. It’s a mess...I’m still waiting to hear from them. Thanks
