bfstyles @dc8239 hi, you canceled the order and returned only one item. Poshmark sent you the refund. I asked you to return two other items. I've never received them. Instead, you're asking me to send you another pair. Sorry, it's not possible. You can receive the big kids 5 only if you buy it

bfstyles @dc8239 but we didn't come to an agreement. To receive the pair of orange ones, you needed to return all three items, then reorder them again. Because Poshmark does not provide partial returns or exchanges. I believe I've already said it a couple of times. You can receive the big kids 5 only if you buy it again

bfstyles @dc8239 hello again, I contacted Poshmark. They informed me that the order was canceled and the money was issued. You've had to send all three pairs to me because Poshmark doesn't' allow partial returns \ refunds. Still, you've kept 2 out of three pairs of Von Dutch, send me only one pair (which was the wrong size, I admit, it was our mistake), received the refund for 3 (three) pairs, and now you're trying to make me send you the 3rd pair for free.

bfstyles @dc8239 You cannot replace items from your first order, because it was canceled and you received the refund. The order is closed and we cannot change it. If you remember I asked the Poshmark representative if we can do a partial refund\ return, or at least if they can make the order active. The answer was no. That's why I cannot send you anything. The order is complete. You've received the full refund and have 2 out of 3 pairs of shoes, which you supposed to return

bfstyles @dc8239 Your first order was complete, that's correct. I made a mistake there because you mentioned Orange Von Dutch. There were a total of 5 pairs of shoes in your first order, and none of it is Von Dutch orange. These shoes were a part of your second order that was canceled
