Hi there! I'm a little confused. I received the shoes you purchased from me, in the mail today...were you unhappy with them? I never received a Posh notification of the item being returned, and never heard from you that you weren't pleased. I can't refund you from this end as you didn't open a return through Posh. Please get back to me and let me know! Thanks so much!

I just read your note. I'm sorry your card was stolen,m, it's definitely no joke. You will have to contact Poshmark, as I have no control over issuing you a refund. You would of had to of opened a return through Poshmark themselves, as they control refunds and returns. I'm sorry but there isn't anything else I can do for you to help you out, again, so sorry your card was stolen.
