bstiehm @rb_allgenuine hi! I did receive the item, I apologize I was away this past weekend when they were delivered. The glasses are beautiful however this morning, one of the nose rubbers and the metal piece they rest on literally snapped right off... I’ve worn them maybe twice. Can I send pictures? This shouldn’t happen with a brand new item. Sorry to not be sending a positive note 😕 I left my rating at 5 stars, hopefully you can help me out with this! Thanks in advance!

bstiehm @rb_allgenuine The entire metal hook broke off that holds the nose pad, not the nose pad itself. There is no way to attach it back on, the metal broke off. I can share pictures with you if you'd like. Not trying to be difficult, the glasses are just of no use at this point as there is only one metal hook now with a nose pad and the other side is just a sharp metal point where the metal hook snapped off. Hope this makes sense. Thanks again!
