dutchess62 The shirt was listed as a Large. I am size 10, 36B cup. I am not overly fat. I cannot even get the front to meet when I put on the shirt! It must have been laundered and it shrank in the dryer. This information was not relayed on the listing. I sent pictures of me trying on the shirt. It does not accommodate a 39-41 inch chest. It seems to be more like a SMALL! There is a sizing chart on Ralph Lauren website which shows that a size Large women's is 39.5-41 chest.

dutchess62 @m2hphilly Obviously the "like new" doesn't mean NEW. You are insinuating that you don't have to provide measurements, but you do if the item is mislabelled as a Large when it's not a Large either by the manufacturer or you got it after it was laundered and you failed to check the item for correct sizing before listing it. I have come across items in other brands, including Chicos, that was labelled a 1 when it was actually a 0.

dutchess62 @m2hphilly I don't just claim to be a large, I provided the investigative team with pictures of me trying on the item and it is clear that I am not overly fat. If you are going to advertise the item as a Large and the item doesn't measure that correctly, it IS YOUR responsibility to impart that information in the listing. You provided no details in this listing, so your claim that you "provide only accurate details in all your listings" is incorrect.

dutchess62 @m2hphilly Hi again. My daughter wears a size 4-6 petite. She normally wears Junior clothing size. She tried on the shirt and she can wear it, so she is going to take it. Apparently, it was a Junior size shirt. I will release the money to you.
