madshopaholic Hi there! I’m reaching out in regards to the MK bucket bag you purchased from me. I packed up your item and dropped it off at my employer’s mail room on Tuesday 11/27. I see that it is still pending USPS scanning as of today. I do apologize for the inconvenience and the delay. I’m going to investigate tomorrow when I go to my workplace. For now I’m going to mark it as “I plan to ship within 1-2 days on PM”. And will update you tomorrow morning. Once again, sorry for the delay!

madshopaholic Hi! So I’m at work now and our front desk receptionist confirmed that the mail was picked up on Tuesday and he said there could be a chance they accidentally may not have scanned the package. ☹️. the packages get routed to our nearest post office in Livonia so I’m going to stop by after work to see if I can get more information.

madshopaholic The shipping on the postage was 3 day delivery so hopefully it may moving but just wasn’t scanned and may arrive today or Saturday. Can you let me know if you receive it by then? I’m going to contact poshmark and explain the situation too.

littlemiss4898 @madshopaholic Possibly let them know the shipping label number and see if it can be checked by the post office? I’ll let you know if it shows up on my end but I would think if it had made it to the post office it would have been scanned when it arrived and again when it departed. Fingers crossed it shows up 🤞 Thank you for the update.

madshopaholic @littlemiss4898 yup! That’s what I intend on doing. I called but the operator said it’ll be an hr wait to speak to a rep so I’m just going to go there and talk to someone. So sorry for the inconvenience ☹️. This has never happened to me before.

madshopaholic Just leaving the post office and the receptionist said that it was likely not scanned in. She said that even though it’s 3 day delivery on the postage they have a high volume due to the holiday season so it’s likely not able to deliver at it’s intended day.

madshopaholic Also that as the package is routed it will eventually get scanned in at a one of the postal stops. She said if by Monday it doesn’t arrive then they can do further investigation. I’ll keep you updated! Thank you!

littlemiss4898 @madshopaholic Is there any chance the package never left your work place? I’m still not seeing that it’s been scanned so I think that indicates it’s never made it to any facility along the way. I’m beginning to lose hope, I love that bag.

madshopaholic @littlemiss4898 hi I actually JUST left the post office. The package was picked up from my job. They said that it appears that someone may have missorted it and tried to send it back to my address.

madshopaholic The rep said it’s likely sitting at a post office near my home and it waiting to be sorted correctly to your address. She’s calling the post office today to try and locate it and will call me back later today. She advised me to file a claim and then they will notify on its status via email. She said that this happened to someone else the other day.

madshopaholic She said they are likely moving so fast and not even paying attention to how they are sorting the packages. Please don’t lose hope, I think we are getting close!

I got burned on another purchase from another site recently and the seller went off the radar so now I’m dealing with my credit card company. You’re restoring my trust :) thank you! madshopaholic @littlemiss4898 no problem! I don’t want to lose my item either. I spent over $200 on it 😩😩. I got burned by a buyer as well. I shipped the item and turned out she never verified her payment so PM cancelled the order AFTER I shipped it. They ended up reimbursing me but the buyer never responded after it delivered. Smh.

madshopaholic But I filed a claim on USPS and am going to follow up with them today. PM is aware of the issue via email. If all else fails and if they find the package and send it back to me (and if PM cancels the sale) I will relist it and let you know it’s available if you’re still interested!

littlemiss4898 Just an update. I shipped a bag on Monday and it’s status keeps saying it will be updated when package ships! Aargh! So I searched online to find out how else I could track it. I found a site, track.aftership.com and when I entered that tracking number all the tracking info got popped up! If you have the tracking number for my bag we may be able to find something out. I can do it if you want to send me the number or you can try it. Fingers crossed!

littlemiss4898 @madshopaholic Have you been able to follow up with the post office since filing the claim? If you would send the usps tracking number I can see if I can do anything from my end. I did find a package that I mailed through PM that also wasn’t tracking. I found it on www.track.aftership.com there may be other sites I could check as well

madshopaholic @littlemiss4898 hi! Sorry for the delay. The tracking is 9405510899359605284150. I haven’t heard anything yet of it moving. The post office called me and said they still haven’t located it yet. And the claim said that it isn’t technically lost based on the time parameters of when I filed it.

madshopaholic Good morning! I talked to a supervisor at USPS and she let me know that she put out an internal alert to all of the major hubs where the package could sort out to. She said she will call me back today or tomorrow to update me. I also contacted PM support to know where we are at with everything. Waiting to hear back from them as well

littlemiss4898 @madshopaholic I received an email from PM that they had cancelled the sale and reimbursed my payment. I am so sorry that it turned out this way. It doesn’t appear that USPS has gotten far in recovering my package but if it ever does come up I’ll reach out. Next time I will hand deliver to the post office instead of having them pick up the mail. Thanks so much for your patience and hopefully you will shop again ❤️
