Hello Bonnie. Thank you for your purchase. Unfortunately when I went to pack the purse I noticed some cracking/peeling on the sides. It must have happened sitting in the closet.. It’s a shame because it is a really cute purse. The inside is in excellent shape. The front in back are in good shape also but there is currently a king on the side

I’m sorry the handbag was not to your satisfaction. It was in near perfect condition when I shipped it with no peeling at all. I wish you had contacted me or Poshmark before getting rid of it and you could have gotten a refund. Perhaps the heat was a factor but in any case that is not how I do business and I take great care in accurate describing and photographing my items. If you still have the item I’d encourage you to file a claim in order to get your money back.
