trinketry Hi Bonnie! I wanted to ship your items out yesterday but Poshmark hasn't sent me the shipping label and it also won't let me download the label. I've written customer service twice and haven't received a reply yet. Do you want to message me your address and I'll just purchase a label myself so we don't have to wait for Poshmark to fix this? amazingoffers4u Hi Bonnie I love the kitty he looks like one that I had when I was younger I have a Manx cat now I rescued him..He is the best lapcat! Anyway I wanted to answer your question on the belt it’s 36 inches in length however it stretches easily another 8 to 10 inches without losing the continuity of each section it’s really cute belt dainty delicate not overblown like some are. anyway thanks for your question and if you have any more just ask and thanks for looking at my listing🦋😊

The package was returned, because was more weight than what was paid, the weight is 10lbs. Poshmark has not resolve our problem I had been in top 2 try resolve this issue but poshmark has felt Has poshmark contact you yet

kismei @ivettebookman ok, I've got it now. I think the $7.11 postage that we pay to buy things is often far too much. Then there is the occasional time when it is too little, such as this case. I guess they mean it to balance itself out. What happens when the postage is only $2.00? Who gets the refund? I know I don't. If PM is getting all the refunds then they should certainly send you a new label with the correct postage. Let me know?

Would be good if you send them a message I had send them the pictures like 10 times with the post office note, that’s said was 10lbs I guess you o my paid for 5lbs. Sorry for the inconvenience. I Think is going to be faster if you contact th because they don’t really pay attention to my emails and pictures. I don’t know what’s going on.

dnsesq1 Hi! I wrote on the box, but please be careful opening the box and I suggest you don’t use a sharp object. The sweater is in a poly mailer that is just a tad smaller than the box, and I’d hate for you to cut it by accident.
