I have a couple little girls, too, so I might be posting some stuff soon. :) My 3 yr old is big, almost in 6/7, but my *almost 2 yr old is tiny, still in about 6-12 mos. I don't think I'll be keeping all of my 3 yr olds stuff for my youngest, it might be several years before she fits it!
