dcalquisada Hi Bonnie and gorgeous kitty welcome to Poshmark and thanks for your interest on the Chanel. All i can say that Chanel jackets are constructed in a way that it can be altered easily but honestly i will not do it. . On the seams there is a bit of extra fabric to take out.,but you have to go to a professional ,or not to touch it at all haha. All the details on that jacket, hardly find it anywhere.but in. Check in Farfetch or realreal. Be safe.

paulamlg I'm so sorry that you were unhappy with your purchase! I sold the shoes to you with no pretense of hiding anything. The shoes are brand new and never worn! I expect a lot of espadrilles have a bit of glue that can be removed. I made no attempt to do so because I didn't want to damage the shoes. IF you were unsatisfied why on earth keep them? I'm happy to accept the return and I will post more thorough photos in the future.

So, you stated that you were actually aware that there is glue then WHY DIDN’T YOU indicate the defect in the photos?? Your argument is not even reasonable. I kept it because yes there is imperfection but i think it’s not so bad that it’s unacceptable and that’s why I kept it.

And did I do anything wrong that I merely left a after sale comment to you that you should be more through in your description of the items you are selling??

bonnipun Not sure if you are aware that you are not the one to determine if I can return the shoes, Poshmark is because they are the one who pays for the return shipping, not you. Any attempt for return would mean that the buyer has to open a case and see if Posh approves it. I do not want the hassles and so all things considered I just keep it.

bonnipun @paulamlg The fact that I keep it does not imply your product is problem free—the glue appears on the black canvas part and it’s actually pretty obvious. It was just that I am not super picky. I absolutely do not understand why you are the one who seems upset; I should be the one.
