bbaergreen @sylviaalexan865 I'm very confused and aggravated. You never took off the shipping fee that you said you would in your offer. I was just going to let that go but it's been since the 23rd and I still have no shipping information. No idea when to expect the boots or if they were even shipped. This is like a replay of what happened the last time I bought these from you! Please update the shipping status with a tracking number.

sylviaalexan865 @bbaergreen I called the post office. They were def sent out. Should be there maybe tomorrow hopefully. I’m so sorry I think all the things in Ukraine either are causing people to go into an overbuying ordering panic. I saw the post office was completely backed up. They fed are on the way :) i did post it without Shipping twice to all liters.

bbaergreen @sylviaalexan865 I never heard anything back about the shipping fee. The boots arrived today and although they look brand new, they reek of cigarette smoke. I can either try a spray to remove the odor or I can return them, I haven't decided. Even the box smelled heavy of cigarettes. You should let people know that your stuff is in a smoking environment especially something that can't be washed easily.

Barbara I truly tried my best truly .. but because I sent you offers privately without a shopping charge a few times without an acceptance of offer… which is easy to miss at times… they responded today that there Eisner much they can do. bbaergreen @sylviaalexan865 1st of all my name is Bonnie not Barbara. I accepted the purchase because I really liked the boots. You are right, they are brand new but the boots & the packaging are heavy with cigarette smoke, a fact that should have been disclosed. I'm hoping to get the scent removed.

bbaergreen @sylviaalexan865 After my experience in Dec & then again in Feb with not being shipped in a timely manner I highly doubt I would buy from your shop again. They weren't shipped until 8 days after I accepted your offer, well after you claimed they were shipped. Even then the private offer of no shipping fee was not honored.

sylviaalexan865 I contacted Poshmark to take the shipping off. Twice. I can forward you the response I received. They explained why they can’t honor it. I sent you a private offer twice with the shipping off. They saw this and that it was not accepted. Each time you send a private offer you have to lower the price more from the previous time. Truly sorry you are disappointed. I tried my best. Considering original price and fact they are perfectly new I hope u get to enjoy them…..

sylviaalexan865 @bbaergreen people at 90 and children don’t have boots and are standing at train stations or walking through war zones in -2 degree weather hoping to live right now. If you didn’t like them, you should have requested a return. I would have GLADLY honored it. It’s not worth 25$ nor 1000 with this harassment. I have close people there. I don’t have time for this, you’re crossing my respect boundaries and my time. you don’t like something, return it. I WOULD have honored it.yet u accepted.
