vets9 Hi I see that you opened a case because you feel that the item is not as described but everything in my listing shows exactly what the item looks like including the dimensions as well as the scuffs on the box but you never inquired about the box and the scarf is completely brand new so I’m not really clear on the reason for you opening a case against me?

boyanany Hi, if the scarf is new should come with a new box, not with oily/yellowish and blew spots. How I can present this as gift? I did ask you before for the measurements and your comment was 38 (not 30) by 160, what I counted on. I am very sorry but I am requesting return.

vets9 @boyanany Hi I’m selling the item which is brand new not the box. I also have clear images of the box in my listing and if it was a concern that you needed a perfectly clean paper box, that something you could have asked me about but again in my images you can see that there are marks on it already. Regardless, the item is brand new with tag and it’s 100% as described and accurate and you can also see the measurement on the tag in the picture in the listing.

boyanany Your detailed images are not clear. The one I submit is clear. You should have measured. It doesn’t matter I asked in February - that was your answer. Shall I keep asking? About the box: not with oily spots. When something is brand new should come in decent box. Your pictures of the box did not Included those spots (mine do) I said already I can’t presented It that way.

vets9 @boyanany you realize this item is from 2017 right? It was stored in this box which has no “oil” spots when I sent it to you. And yes, after you asked 8 MONTHS AGO I added clear images of the measurements on the tag for other potential buyers. So you should have checked the images which you can also ZOOM into if needed. Honestly it sounds like you are looking for a reason to return this item because of buyers remorse. It is a buyer responsibility to examine each photo carefully.
