It’s a bit complicated but basically I have had those shoes posted for awhile now.... a few weeks ago I moved from south Florida to CT and bc of me being out of town for the majority of that time, I’m still a disorganized mess... I could have sworn I put those shoes (along with some other items) in my car (and NOT in the POD carrying my two bedroom apartment) in order to separate them from everything else being moved.

I never had thought twice when you purchased them bc (I thought) I knew exactly where they were.... when I went to box them up (on Tuesday as I had messaged you about), I realized they weren’t where I thought they were, or anywhere.... good news is, I know they are somewhere, most likely mistakenly packed which means they are in one of these boxes I have yet to unpack. Bad news is, I still have to find them.....

I don’t even know where to start except to tell you how sorry (and embarrassed) I am. I never would have accepted your purchase had I known they weren’t accessible immediately. I would be happy to let you know as soon as I find them, though I know you must be very aggravated at the situation..... I would be too. Again, I am so sorry about all of this.
