hi there thank u for reaching out. i emailed poshmark support once i was made aware of the issue. i did not mail from my home, i did priority mail in priority mail ship box with shipping label given to me fr poshmark. upon contacting poshmark support, i was informed that you have to contact them directly for assistance. please contact poshmark support to assist with this issue, as i'd been advised they have to handle this directly with you. i hope this all gets taken care of.
