missncal1 Jill. I was traveling the past week and just opened the package with the Tiffany pen. Although advertised as “new, in the box”, clearly it not true. The ink cartridge must have been replaced, because it’s the wrong one or something (like a spring) is missing inside the pen. The tip of the pen, which is supposed to be retractable, cannot be made to extend, so the pen doesn’t function at all. Since I’m now 76 hours after delivery, I’m 4 hours past the deadline to reject the purchase.

missncal1 Before I complete the seller review, please confirm whether you will accept the return of the pen. I would also accept reimbursement for the cost of taking the pen to Tiffany to find the correct refill, as long as it results in the pen functioning correctly

jsj40 Bradley, I am so incredibly sorry to hear this & can truly understand your frustration…but PLS know that I would NEVER deceive buyer/send faulty item-nor have I ever been accused of doing so. Pen was recently given to me by boss,w/gift receipt, legit Tiffany wrapping etc-I literally only opened box 1x, to take pics/list on Posh!?

jsj40 So, had no reason to believe anything could possibly be wrong w/it-nor did I want to open/use/try it bc didn’t want to risk messing it up bc it was NEW!? I always thoroughly inspect/make sure items work etc. before shipping…But hope U can understand why i had no reason to do so &deliberately didn’t try or tamper w/product in this case-Esp’lly w/no ques/request by buyer to do so.

jsj40 I am a top rated seller & have never received a review like this &/or had any issues w/ANY of my sales/sellers(which is very important to me)! I honestly never saw a msg from you/Posh, before now(just seeing review/comment) as I always respond right away, as per my other 100+reviews. I am not saying you didn’t send one…just so sorry I didn’t see/respond earlier bc would’ve worked something out w/U! And beyond sorry that U weren’t satisfied w/purchase:(

jsj40 Again, bc new/recently given to me-still have no idea how there could possibly be a prob w/cartridge-but glad they were able to fix. That said, that’s not something I would EVER want/expect any of my customers to have to do! Just confused/have no idea how this happened-but for whatever it’s worth… I’m an honest/good person/had only good intentions & Hope U can understand/believe me &/or accept my apology.
