I purchase a Gucci Soho pocketbook the beginning of this month I received an email saying my payment was processed. I have not received anything else since then I was told that I will receive a email from my order is shipped out. Still haven’t received the email or my over $900 purchase, I want my bag or my money back immediately. Please advise this is unacceptable.

@erikaleebee there definitely can be a import fee tax that you are not expecting. This has happened to me to the tune of several hundred dollars just a heads up when you order something overseas.

@erikaleebee I have bought from Japan before and honestly the quality is pretty good really I have been happy but then I get slammed with like a $400 import fee that I wasn’t expecting
