rrhaefner @bmcollins76 I was profoundly shaken by your comments. I do not know much about this brand of bag my sister does I discussed & and sent pics to her before listing. I would NEVER be dishonest or try to fool someone. I am a person of immense integrity and believe 100% honesty is #1 priority. I spoke at length to my sister about your comments as she was present during the purchase. According to her it was never used ever.

rrhaefner @bmcollins76 making a sale is absolutely the last of my concerns. Being a honest forthright upfront person is far more important. As stated I know little about Coach bags and did depend on my sister to provide me with the history. I merely removed it from the closet as was. The stroke occurred so soon after that my sister did NOT feel she would have the opportunity to even remove it from her closet. Again with profound sorrow and disbelief I will issue a full refund

rrhaefner @bmcollins76 I still feel really bad. Honesty & integrity is by far thee most important thing to me. I contacted my sister & she searched through my mothers papers authenticating high end bags, jewelry fur etc & does have the tag & receipt for the purse.the stroke occurred so soon after she returned from Chicago that it would have been virtually impossible for it to have been used even once..i knew you had experienced a loss & thought I could give you a boost. So sorry
