Hi there, I'm Maria! I live with multiple sclerosis(25 years) steroid treatments, and premature menopause blessed me with an extra 35 lbs. Yaaaayyy. 🥰 As of that wasn't enough😜... most recently (2020-current) I nearly died from Breast Implant Illness. YES, it's REAL!!! I went from a 2, 8, 10 to MATERNITY! I constantly have to buy bigger clothes, so I have a lot that I no longer fit into or never got to wear before going up another size. And sometimes, I forget to return things 🤦‍♀️. This allows me to afford to buy and recycle clothing without buying brand new. It's super fun to support, connect, and share with others here! The best part is not just getting a new clothing item, but who doesn't feel special when receiving a gift wrapped pressie and note! Some of my favorite brands are J. Crew, Prana, Keen, O'Neill, Girl meets glam and Nike. Thanks for stopping by!

smyelinmaria @kerrybananas 😊 Thank you! I have hardly worn anything in there, but saved it knowing I would. Then got hit with craaazy health stuff, gained 30 and decided we needed the closet space lol. I held onto things for the last two years...it's not going to happen 🤣. This is a ton of work to get it all up and going but I enjoy the community a ton so I look forward to being more social. helping others by sharing things from their closet and learning how to use poshmark ☺️

So far the 20’s have not been kind to me healthwise either :( I had a ruptured brain aneurysm in Jan 2020 and while I didnt gain weight thankfully but I have some resulting deficits that have kept me from working so this is how I currently pay bills. It has really been helpful! I want to buy you whole closet haha! Once I get back to working I will definitely be buying! :) Best of luck with your health and I hope you make all the sales!

smyelinmaria @kerrybananas I totally thought I replied...I apologize! WOW, that had to be scary! It sounds like you're a warror for sure! 2020, I was dx with a brain tumor that actually ended up being a hole in my ear canal/brain. I underwent a craniotomy repair Jan 2021.

smyelinmaria Sounds like 2020 did a lot of work in our lives lady! This for me is how I am able to afford to clothe my ever growing pregnant sized belly until we figure out what's wrong. It's a mystery but 2 years later...there is still no baby in there lol. Mayo Clinic is mid June. For now, I embrace wearing maternity clothes...unfortunately lol. True story.

smyelinmaria @kerrybananas That's what the majority of my closet is. As I grew, I bought. by the time they arrived, I wore once, twice or not at all. some are from storage that prayed I would fit back into but I don't see being a 2/4 again anytime soon. Poshmark has also been a source of inspiration, community and its giving me something to do for fun. I will keep poshing your closet my friend. You keep being amazing!

beelovedpea Love the Mantra pants, thank you Maria. I actually already have two pair of them--love Prana--in size small. Buuuut...they just don't fit as well as they used to, lol, and aren't that flattering anymore. (Yep, some health probs here too, possibly autoimmune, hormones/menopause.) So I was super glad to see such a nice pair in a medium as I am not getting back into the smalls comfortably :) Comfort is what it's about and the pants are cute too. Wishing you comfort and peace
