lolas_boutique_ @brandi1976 hi Brandi I wanted to thank you for buying the earrings from me and I’m glad they made it to you but I’m not happy that you are not happy, I have never ever had earrings arrive bent, I thought I added enough bubble wrap. I’m so so sorry. I feel terrible about it. Is there anything I can do to make this a 5 star experience for you? Want to return them? I strive for 5 star and I’m so upset. I’m so sorry for this.

Should you ever trust me to buy from me again please remind me and I will send you something extra and very nice for free to help makeup for it. I’m so sorry. I do feel bad , I have never ever had any arrive bent I thought the bubble wrap would protect them . I like wrapping in the cute bags with my cards, idk what I will do about it. Thank you for being so kind.
