I’ve been trying to see what is going on with your package and I do sincerely apologize with the shipment issues I don’t know what’s going on and I’ve been trying to figure out where your package went exactly because I dropped it off at the post office and received a receipt and the next day it said it was delivered so I don’t understand what’s going on but I’m do sincerely apologize this is the first time this has occurred
