@soulvoice I have mailed your order packed and ready to mail out. We got a snow storm here in Indiana on Friday so the post office was closed saturday and today is a holiday so it should be shipped out tmrw. Again I apologize for this delay.

@soulvoice they finally got back with me and said you haven't been charged for the shirt. Poshmark will not charge you until you received the product. They said if you still want the product to reorder it. I'm sorry it has taken me this long. If you do still want the shirt I will include some little extra things like product samples and a bath bomb. I hope this helps. And again I aplogize!!

The shirt is showing as "sold" and I don't know how to reorder it. Can Poshmark just put the charge through again? Thank you.

@soulvoice apparently they never put the charge through and they can't reorder it with just me calling (which I understand) I just reposted it for you. Hope that helps!

The charge and the credit both appeared on my CC statement. I can't re-order the shirt because it is not available on the site, showing as "sold." What can Poshmark do to sort through this problem? Thanks.

@soulvoice this is the response I got.
Unfortunately, Poshmark does not remove or edit sold banners and listings at this time, even if the listing has been cancelled. It acts as a record for previous transactions.
If the buyer would like to still purchase the item, please go ahead and create a new listing for the item. Once the new listing is created, the buyer will have the option to repurchase it!

@soulvoice I don't ever change my shipping. Buyer always pays. Poshmark sometimes discounts I think, I'm not sure.

@ellarosebloom lol. I actually purchased two of these because when I tried them on I fell in love. I was skeptical at first too though. They are super soft and I would have kept the other pair but I’ve lost weight and never took the tags off so I’m glad someone else is going to love them too!! They will look great!

I am not understanding why because I got them directly from Sephora.
