lag2003 Hi Brandi! You recently purchased the yellow Jessica Simpson bag from me. I have some unfortunate news. I recently moved. When I went to retrieve the bag to ship to you, I noticed some scuff marks on one side. It must have somehow gotten scuffed up during the move. I am so sorry! I still want to send it to you, but I'd like to refund your money. I'm fairly new to Poshmark, so I'm not sure how to go about that! Please message me when you get this. Again, I am so sorry. :(

bleary81 @lag2003 Awww, no worries hun, thank you for being up front about the damage. Unfortunately Poshmark will not allow you, under their terms, to send the purse and refund the money as well. If it’s damaged no worries, I’d suggest reposting it with an updated photo and description, it may still sell. If you send a refund just choose product damaged and it should go thru without any problems.
