Hi Brandi just saw the rating and comment and wondered what I could improve on.The Earrings are brand new, I packed them in a Complimentary Brighton Sunglass Tin to keep them safe in shipping and added ponytail holders as a gift too.You paid on a sat evening or Sunday and I shipped them Monday am first thing.They are brand new earrings and I sold them well below my cost.What am. Missing ?
