classicdazzle Hello, I was so saddened by your rating change but glad about your honesty of not being happy about of the issue you stated and I feel horrible about that!! And I definitely want to make it right. I emailed Posh that I would gladly refund you if you were able to provide pictures. I’m not sure how to handle this because I’m new to Posh and never received an issue yet. I definitely want you to be happy and not have to pay for something that is damaged!!!! Sincerely Carrie

With refund I definitely want to delete the rating/sale if possible so that it does not negatively reflect on your profile. No hard feelings at all, things happen.
