I would NEVER try to fraud my customers and I totally went against my morals by having someone else (my mom) check out the product and send it out for me since I was out of town for a family emergency. I TOTALLY understand how you feel and COMPLETELY get why you want and deserve you’re money back. And I will not fight that.

I typed the longest thing earlier expressing my serious regret and disappointment in myself for allowing this to happen to one of my customers, but I had to delete it all because it was well over 500 characters
