luv2_shop4me 💕💕Hey there Brandi. Thank you for your suggestion on improving my listings, but I am a bit baffled on the low rating you provided. You weren't unhappy with the new pants you received, the price, the way they were packaged with care or the quick shipment, but rather you expected them to be thicker. I thought adding photos of the manufacturers tag explaining exactly what the pants are and expanding on that in the listing was helpful to any potential buyer.

brandimay5980 @luv2_shop4me your right I should have asked more questions and you were prompt and nice shipping. the fact is it's not what I thought they were and they are certainly not sweatpants. This was my first buy I'm new here and I thank you for the pleasant experience but bottom line they are Not sweatpants.

luv2_shop4me @brandimay5980💕 If you had let me know prior to accepting the purchase I would have tried to assist you in any way I could. I am sorry you were disappointed with the thickness, it certainly wasn't intentional. The Aero salesperson called them sweats when I purchased them so that's what I went with, and here in FL we only have 2 seasons, hot and hotter. Lol.
