@bpahr24 Hi, Brandi! As a seller, I am only able to send a package to the address that the buyer provides to Poshmark when filling out his/her account info. Whatever address you have in your account is the address it will go to.

@bpahr24 The address was changed by someone (not me) to an address in New York, and that is where the updated shipping label was addressed to. You should contact Poshmark Customer Support; I’m unsure why they wouldn’t allow you to change the address on your account.

@bpahr24 I know, sweetie; I’m confused as to how this happened. I don’t know if Poshmark can track the bag and get it back to one of us. I didn’t adjust the mailing address at all; I just used the mailing label that Poshmark supplied for the sale.

I don’t understand how that happened at all makes no sense :( I’m so upset like crying idk why ❤️ not your fault I know I’m just so upset and sad I really wanted that :( they should get in trouble for takin a package that isn’t theirs cause my name is on it ya know

@bpahr24 They haven’t. Did your refund come through? I don’t know how it happened either. Have you checked on Poshmark if anyone else has the bag listed for sale? 😊💗 I got it at T J Maxx; if you have a store near you, you could look there, too.
