renata612phd @trendheist the clicks are super helpful!! I start posh April 1st. My friend got me hooked. I’ve literally cleaned out my whole house and listed everything that hasn’t been worn in 6 months or more. And now I’m obsessed!! Being an ambassador has gotten me more followers and more exposure. Plus I like having “goals” to meet. Took me 1.25 months of doing nothing but sharing to meet all of the requirements. But for me it was a fun challenge.

I'm mad at myself that it took me so long to give it a try, I thought I wouldn't be able to keep up with the constant sharing but other than my wrist getting tired, I don't mind it. Sharing is like shopping without going broke lol. I'm so glad your doing so well but most importantly enjoying it! Are you doing this to save up for anything special or just paying the bills?

renata612phd @trendheist yea I don’t mind the sharing. I know it helps both me and others so I do it all day long whenever I have a few spare minutes to be on my phone. I am using the money to pay off bills right now but am playing with the idea of saving it for a Louis bag which is something I’ve always wanted but can’t bring myself to spend 1K+ on a bag. How about you?

trendheist @renata612phd I feel the same as u, I see other posher as co workers and not cut throat competition. I'm definitely trying to make ends meet right now but I would like to start saving for gymnastics lessons for my daughter and some sort of lessons for my boys.

renata612phd @trendheist that’s awesome! I just signed up the twins for two weeks of swim lessons with posh funds and and waiting for some sales to clear to do soccer! I like how this fun hobby actually helps with bills!! My mom has given me stuff that she was about to donate to goodwill. Listed it and slowly selling it. A coworker gave me a bunch of stuff that I listed. I listed every pair of shoes I owned because after pregnancy my foot grew half a size.

I wish I kept my pre pregnancy clothes to sell on PM, I started being more minimalistic and gave away all the clothes that I would never fit it again. Now it haunts me, I could for got $20 for those jeans or that dress...

renata612phd @trendheist haha right? I kept my maternity stuff in case I have another but kept all my pregnancy clothes hoping one day they would fit. It’s been three years none of it fits. Hence a large Posh closet! I am not donating nothing anymore just listing it all on posh.

trendheist @renata612phd It's definitely worth it. E*ay takes 10%, plus store fee's and than PayP*l has is own fee. If I can get more sales on PM I know I would be making more here and probably would cancel my eBay store.

renata612phd @trendheist i used to sell a ton on eBay in my early 20s but haven’t touched it in over a decade. I like how simple and easy posh easy. It takes less then five minutes to list and share

trendheist @renata612phd They are going down hill especially with how they treat their sellers. eBay basics always sides with the buyer and sells are getting scammed left & right. PM gives buyers 3 days to accept a package while eBay is trying to push sellers to have 90 day return policy!

renata612phd @trendheist oh heck no on that return policy!! My friend sells exclusively on eBay bc she pays less in fees there then posh but she’s always complaining on lame buyers leaving her bad feedback. I like that posh is drama free of that stuff.

They don't care about other poshers because they are already making money. But I'm like u, if somebody shares even just 1 thing from my closet I go to their closet and share a few. trendheist @kjeffries68 Yes my family is everything to me, my son goes to a lot of different therapies so PM is how I supplement my income. I’m sure u can a wonderful family as well! Thank u for taking the time to even write a review, I try my best with all orders and most of the time I don’t hear from them & they let the 3 days go by for pm to release the money.

They're in different grades so I have to pick them up at opposite sides of the school and they get out at the same time...honestly its easier to pick them up late at the same office lol. kjeffries68 @trendheist I was just thinking about sales. I started PM at the end of April. I did better in May, June and July than I'm doing now. But in the past week I've had a bit more. That's weird that your not feeling 100% because neither am I. I have a few different autoimmune diseases and I'm having a flare. I'm actually thinking that in a few day I might close my closet for a couple weeks to rest. I think it's been too hard on me. What's going on with you that your not yourself?

trendheist @kjeffries68 I wish there was some kind of blood test or scan I can have done to figure out what’s going on with me. So far I have insomnia, anxiety and “fibromyalgia” aka they don’t know why I get pains. My kids start school in Sept after Labor Day, I will have a 3rd and 2nd grader. My eldest hasn’t been diagnosed yet but it’s looking like ADHD, he’s had therapies since he was 2.5yo and it’s been getting harder to advocate for him. I also have a 3yo who’s a typical Toddler Boy lol.

kjeffries68 @trendheist you sound like me a few years ago. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia too then about 6 months ago had blood work done that showed a combination of lupus, rheumatoid arthritis & Reynaud's syndrome. I thought that would mean I didn't have fibro because they found something else but the Drs say I have fibro too. Have you been to a rheumatologist? I had to go to 2 before I got one who tested me and diagnosed me.

She gets alot of her clothing from GW and has to wear uniforms to school so just having a package delivered to her with treats will make her day. My son is 7, going to 3rd grade and my youngest son is 3.

kjeffries68 @trendheist that's sweet. We donate things to one near us too. Camryn, my youngest did a school project last year about Caring for our community. She picked a shelter and got bags and bags of clothes together and we went and visited it and she donated and then wrote a paper about it. It was very eye opening. She's now very open to getting rid of things and passing them on to this place.

I try my best to teach my kids to be thankful and expensive doesn't mean better/happiness. My daughter will wear that hoodie if my son can't! They're close in age so she wore alot of his gender neutral hand me downs.

My 4th baby is 20 months and my full time job consists of me sitting on my butt for 12 hours. My belly fat isn't going away any time soon. 🤣. I don't know how to find out. Another posher had a sign listed in her closet that said if you list an item to a party it won't be listed again if someone tries to share that item to the same party of if you would try to list it again to that party. Did you know that?

trendheist @kjeffries68 I've heard theories on how PM algorithms work such as listing groups not working bc posh only shares a certain percentage of a persons frequent shares. As for the party one that u just said, I don't think it makes since b/c the parties are basically real fast feeds so it's unlikely that if u list an item only 1 time it is not likely to be noticed unless the right buyer at the right time saw your listing at that second lol.

kjeffries68 @trendheist so you don't use a light kit? Your photos are really good. My dining room is just like my posh office and we can't eat in their right now and that bugs me. I lay the clothes on rugs that I have on the table and I have bins of clothes in there that need listed. That's where I keep all my boxes and wrapping stuff. My bedroom has 2 closets so I can store the clothes in the extra closet which works out well.

I'm lucky enough to have a basement that I put some clothing racks w/ covers and thats where I keep the clothes. I understand not having enough space though, I feel like theres something in every corner lol.

trendheist @ebs04 I'm so excited for u, I love to see others have children...it calms my baby fever lol. The best advise I can give is "don't take it personally and things get better". I'm not sure if you're expecting a newborn or adopting but I'm sure either way there will sleep deprivation and adjusting...just remember your child doesn't hate u and things (ie sleep) gets better!

ebs04 @trendheist you’re so right about that! We haven’t decided yet but my doctor said it’s usually the one’s that tried for a while that end up getting pregnant again right away because the body knows what to do and we haven’t been exactly careful the last 5 years. We need to figure it something though :) why do you ask? Did you get pregnant right after birth?

trendheist @ebs04 My eldest two are only 13 months apart, so I got pregnant again when he was only 4 months. My third is 4 years younger then my first, so I can tell you there are pros and cons to both age gaps. After my third was born I had an IUD inserted right away, its called the paraguard. It's non-hormonal & can be left in for up to 10 years.

If I were u I would start checking sold bag listing and follow the poshers that "liked" those bags, this may get them to look at your page and drum up some business.
