casabelle Hello, i just received your review...there was nothing wrong with boots... I had just tried them on to make sure I was ready to let them go. The zipper and lining were in tact and boots were practically unused and like new condition. Had they been in the condition you claim they were, i would have disclosed that info or i wouldn’t have sold them at all. I would LOVE to say send them back and I’ll give you your cash, but bc I know the condition they were in when I packaged them, I won’t.

casabelle Had I received boots in that condition I wouldn’t have accepted the order and I wouldn’t have waited almost a month to leave the seller a horrible rating. Bc of this situation I will begin to record the condition of items and packaging process. Enjoy the boots and your evening.

brandiewarren2 @casabelle the uppers / leather pet were in great condition. I agree with you on that. But the lining was torn and one of the zippers was completely broken
