Hey I shipped out this item to you. I'm really not sure what happened next, but obviously if you didn't receive it it's not fair for you to pay for it. I've contacted posh to see what they could do on there end. Since everything is shipped priority mail there's insurance and tracking on everything so hopefully they'll be able to offer a solution.
