deathbedjewels Hi, is there a reason you just cancelled your order? This is a handmade item & one of my more complex pieces. It takes longer to ship, and it's also a holiday weekend with USPS closed Sunday and Today (Labor Day). Sometimes USPS misses the pickup scan and shipping doesn't update. This is why you should always contact the seller prior to cancelling, and if you need the order by a certain date, let the seller know prior to ordering.

brandonsutton @deathbedjewels it's been 7 days and still no shipping confirmation. As a seller, if there is a delay in shipment you should communicate that to your buyer. Its common courtesy. Poshmark gives sellers 7 days to ship. I bought this for my wife as an anniversary present and the anniversary was this last Friday so I was already disappointed to not have received it in time. In the future I would suggest communicating any shipment delays with your buyer to ensure this doesnt happen again.

deathbedjewels @brandonsutton I need deadlines beforehand & also do giftwrapping for jewelry. Had I known, I would've triaged yours ahead of other orders. I'm sorry u didn't get this in time for ur anniversary, but it already shipped as I stated. If u need this by the Friday of a holiday weekend, always let the Seller know; I would've had to ship next day. I also accepted your offer on a price firm item. Wish u would've asked me to cancel so I wouldn't have shipped an order I'm now not getting paid for!
