I've made tons of sales and never had an issue delivery nor have I had a rating of 1 star. This seems odd to me. I'm also reaching out to Poshmark to investigate.

I see that you haven't accepted them yet so I am contacting you to see if everything is ok with the purchase such as flaws or any kind of displeasure. If so please let me know, I will find a way to make it better. But the shoes are brand new in their OG box so i cant imagine something being wrong with them unless it happened during shipping.
