tiffanynash2010 I want to apologize for there being a pair of socks in the shoes you bought. I wanted to let you know that without a doubt they were NOT dirty socks. when I store my shoes I put multiple pairs of clean socks stuffed in them to keep them from creasing. Obviously, by accident i missed a pair before selling them. I have great ratings and as a seller try to always satisfy my buyers. Giving me a rating of 3 is pretty harsh, and hope you can understand a simple mistake occurred.

tiffanynash2010 I understand if you want to leave a comment that says I left a pair of socks in the shoes. I'm hoping you can reconsider stating they were "dirty socks" now that I had the opportunity to explain myself. I'll have to accept your rating, but at least modifying the comments to what truly happened is only fair.
