kristenkalis Hello. I am so sorry that I had to cancel the Ugg order. I was preparing the order this morning and I noticed that the seam was coming undone on the inside of the left boot. There is a hole that is about 2 inches big. You would not of been happy with them and I am so sorry that this wasn't noticed before they were listed.
